Halam Park Housing Co-op has added eight one-bedroom affordable  housing units in the form of four semi-townhouse homes within an existing development. in Hamilton, Ontario. 

The units are approximately 700 sq. ft. in size. The building design incorporates a number of energy efficiency measures such as energy efficient windows.

TWC, as Housing Development Consultant, worked with Halam Park Housing Co-op in all phases of the project, including accessing government capital funding and mortgage financing, to bring forward a well designed affordable rental building.
